TRAINING FACILITIES
The Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Apprenticeship Programme has access to four state-of-the-art Training Academies, strategically located across the UK. The Programme also utilises some of the latest training resources including Virtual Classrooms, e-Learning and brand specific training materials. All of our apprentices attend one of our facilities on a Block Release basis as a core part of their training.
Apprentices are employed by one of our Jaguar Land Rover Retailers and attend their local Academy on a block release basis throughout the year. Off-the-job training accounts for at least 20% of programme delivery.
Our five regional Training Academies:
- Leamington Spa
- Halewood, Liverpool
- Staverton Hall, Daventry
- Lagta, Motherwell (Scotland)
Apprentices are allocated a training group and Training Academy at the beginning of their Apprenticeship Programme. Academy training represents a safe, supportive and constructive learning environment.
